Founders:

Maggie Wilde and Melanie Schwartze are founders of The Mind Design Centre and creators of the Success Attitude™ for Life. Their Coaching and Hypnotherapy Centre is based on The Sunshine Coast in Queensland, however the Mind Design Centre Hypnotherapy Training and Success Attitude™ Workshops operate throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Maggie Wilde is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and other modalities. She is a Clinical Member of leading Associations and teaches the Practitioner Level Certificate IV and Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy. She has operated various Hypnotherapy & Coaching Centres throughout Queensland for many years and began educating audiences in 1988 through Theatre in Education. She is an Author, inspirational speaker and the founder of www.wildlyhappy.com

Melanie Schwartze is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Hypnotherapy & NLP. She is a member of the National Speakers Association Australia (NSAA), a registered member of leading Associations and a successful Entrepreneur and Coach. Melanie is an inspirational speaker. She was nominated for the Telstra Business Women of the Year Award 2008/2010, and Finalist of the Australian Small Business Champion Awards 2010. She was Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year Finalist 2010.
